Like Shania Twain, Terri Clark isn't afraid to put a little rock in her New Country. In fact, many see her as the New Traditional version of Twain. But this comparison is unjust; Clark definitely has her own sound. Where Twain comes across as Country Pop, Clark's New Country sound is still polished -- but with a little more grit in the varnish, so to speak.
