Evolving from tight and catchy Punk-Pop into a more fulfilling, multidimensional Brit Pop sound heavily influenced by Glam Rock, these teens from Northern Ireland have been shaking British airwaves since their early high school days. Dense, crisply distorted guitars lay wall-to-wall carpet over hip-shaking grooves whose peaks and valleys are carefully constructed by a myriad of instruments and sounds: tambourines, constant "woo-hoos," arena-sized drums and background sounds of questionable origin. Confronted with a plate of music from Ash, you're going to leave the table stuffed, yet still craving more.
