Worked as a studio arranger for during the 60's, arranging for the likes of and . Band leader in Michael Parkinson's BBC talk show. In 1979, he conducted the UK entry in the Eurovision Song Contest in Jerusalem, 'Mary-Ann' by Black Lace. Also composed for film and TV.
