Since their early 1990s beginnings, VH have evolved from a coffeehouse folk duo to a full electric quartet resembling a cross between R.E.M. and the Wallflowers. Their live shows pack in the high school/college Jam Rock crowds, but their music is song-centered -- for the most part.
