Great big guitars and steadfast, drumstick-twirling breaks fronted by an angry rapper/cusser. If you miss the genre-smashing hybrid of Faith No More's breakout record, Papa Roach will be happy to fill the void. Regardless of whether you consider that to be positive or negative, Papa Roach took the nu-metal world by storm in 2000 with the massive hit single "Last Resort." The album that single came off of, Infest, sold about a gajillion copies, making Papa Roach a household name practically overnight. Their 2002 follow-up, Lovehatetragedy, didn't break any records, but the band managed to hold onto a respectable following. "Getting Away With Murder," their first new single in two years, was released in July 2004.
