Joe Diffie is a New Traditional country Singer/Songwriter with an elastic range. Like many performers of his ilk, Diffie's recordings carry a bit of the grit you tend to hear on older country albums. While may of his contemporaries can't even write their own material, Diffie pens and performs toneful and twangy workingman's anthems.
