Dr. Alfredo Rolando Ortiz was born in Cuba (December 10, 1946).
When he was eleven years old he immigrated with his family to Venezuela. He is an internationally acclaimed soloist of the Paraguayan harp, a composer, author, educator and recording artist.
Played with his daughters Luzma and Michelle as "Los 3 Ortiz"
