HUDSON AND LANDRY Vinyl Records and CDs

Bob Hudson and Ron Landry got their start doing comedy bits on KGBS in Los Angeles in the early 1970s. Eventually, the duo branched out and started doing live shows, many of which were recorded and released as comedy albums in the early part of '70s. One of the duo's sketch routines, "Ajax Liquors," managed to get a substantial amount of airplay, and was nominated for a Grammy in 1971. After the duo broke up, Hudson continued in radio until his retirement in 1988. Landry moved into television, where he wrote for such shows as Flo, Benson and Gimme A Break. Hudson died in 1997, at age 66.
