John Gary was a Pop Vocal crooner who had the bad luck to come along at the start of the British Invasion. As a result much of his music went unheard to the masses as everyone was litening to those unruly British longhairs who were ruining everything with their dirty filthy music and tight pants. Unfortunate obscurity is not a reflection on Gary's talents, however, and fans of Tony Bennett and Robert Goulet will find there is much to discover in his catalogue.
