Review
The title does not mislead -- this is mostly previously unissued material culled from a radio appearance in the late 1940s and a few demos. It's stark, scratchy and, frankly, amazing. With minimal accompaniment, Williams travels the highways of the soul, delivering song after song of love and devastating tragedy.
