The first thing you hear on this record is a human voice and an acoustic guitar, but that doesn't mean that Mouse On Mars go all organic on their 2000 release. This just happened to be the one where they invited all manner of instrumentation into their constantly mutating and hybridizing fold. Think mechanical bubblegum pop.
