Review
The big problem with the debut from this Goodie Mobb soldier is the production, which too often relies on generic, buzzy Dirty South bounce. But Gipp's husky rhymes are twangy and comic in the best ATLien tradition, and the guest spots -- especially OutKast's Andre 3000's cameo on "Boogie Man" -- are solid across the board.CHRISTIAN HOARD
