Michael Johnson is a talented singer-songwriter who plays rich songs tinged in Country-Folk. Johnson was taught how to play by the classical guitar player Graciano Tarrago. The songs here are mostly Lite Rock ditties (one of which is sung with Alison Krauss). Warm, acoustic guitars are picked with finesse as soulful and melodic vocal harmonies intertwine, and a soaring sense of perfection comes over you like it was the first time you ever heard anything by Bread.
