Featuring a virtuoso flautist and keyboardist, Jasper's music is similar to the freeform blues Jethro Tull created on their first album, This Was. Although rooted in the blues, this late 1960s band occasionally traverses jazzier territory, fueled by psychedelic guitar sounds and acid-fried jams often found in the music of that trip-happy era.
