Review
This highly melodic indie outfit is obviously influenced by lovelorn mid-1960s pop even more than its member's previous bands (Saint Etienne, Dolly Mixture, East Village). The high quality of tunes such as "Blue Dress," "Let Her Go," "One Two Five," are exquisitely matched by Paul Kelly's slowly building orchestrations and Deborah Wykes' breathy vocals. Lovely.
