This supergroup of sorts was formed by Rancid's Tim Armstrong and blink-182's Travis Barker. "Gangsters and Thugs" mixes up a bit of the Clash-inspired roughneck vibe you'd expect, but the backbeat falls squarely in the realm of late '90s drum and bass.
