Review After 1999's self-parody "Dark Side of the Spoon," Ministry looked ready for the scrap heap, having been sold for parts to the acts they had influenced. But with its ninth studio album, the quintessential industrial-metal act returns to eat its young -- and pays homage to its forefathers.
