Review
The film documents Metallica's therapy sessions, group hugs and live shows. The soundtrack skips the hugs and gives you Metallica in concert -- which is pretty awesome group therapy, come to think of it. Rock so primal, fierce and full of adolescent rage that it'll leave you acne scarred.
