Review
While Cyndi Lauper's stems dominate the cover shot, it's her strong set of pipes and even stronger Betty Boop-Meets-Bugs Bunny stage persona that rule this holiday LP. Lauper mixes her original Xmas tunes with cherished classics while employing old school show biz hokum. She does moody adult alt rock, Cajun rave-ups and Enya-esque New Age on a set that kids should love.
