Review Comparisons to the Human League are inevitable; this foursome's a mixed gender outfit, they're based in Britain, the gals have the requisite monotone vocals and the backing music is decidedly of the electronic orientation. But there's also an undeniable pop sensibility at work on songs like the ironically titled "Discotrax," which will have you bopping your head away not even noticing the cutting little digs lurking in the chorus ("They were made to let each other down"). Melancholy abounds -- "Another Breakfast With You" is a nice little tale… Read More about a relationship slowly fading away, the line "Sat in the crowd watching the women's tennis" in "The Way That I Found You" sounds like the saddest thing one could possibly be doing in the world and even the instrumentals, like "CSKA Soria," are on the downbeat side. If you awaken one Sunday morning, to find your loved one gone and a hangover pounding, 604 will provide the perfect accompanying soundtrack. (GILLIAN G. GAAR)
