Brix Smith (Mark E. Smith's wife) heavily marks the Fall's 1984 album by adding a tuneful chirpiness to the band's usual kraut-punk brilliance. The LP features excellent tracks like "C.R.E.E.P." and "2 x 4," and John Leckie's production makes it one of the easier albums for Fall neophytes to get into.
