Review
One of the few live albums that captures the visceral, knee-buckling, foot-stomping experience of a great concert. James was at the peak of her "birth of rock" R&B period on this classic, and she pushes her voice to such an extent that you know that Janis Joplin was taking notes. Still, James was only matching the energy of her band -- not screeching like a banshee.
