Review This Canadian doo-wop quartet was best known for its sanitized versions of popular pop and R&B numbers during the late 1950s. As clean-cut as the Diamonds appeared and sounded, there was no denying their excellent vocal work. Oddly, the group's biggest hit was an original track, "The Stroll," which is included here and packs an uncharacteristic sleazy swagger.
