Derrick Morgan was one of Jamaica's first pioneers in the world of ska. The sides he recorded throughout the 1960s epitomize the genre's danceable soul power, and as the music morphed into rocksteady, Morgan was there, knocking out some of the tightest tracks in the game. All those songs are here, making for incredible listening (especially the duets with Patsy Todd).
