Having garnered hits in country, pop and R&B, Coolidge now tries her hand at jazz. She isn't playing around here: within a bar or two, it's evident that she's singing the music she grew up on, including Peggy Lee cuts like "Don't Smoke In Bed." Her smoky voice recalls Abbey Lincoln and Lena Horne in their later years.
