The cover shot of a relaxed Celine Dion in jeans and a T-shirt mirrors the music within. Sure, the Canadian colt still dazzles with vocal pyrotechnics (and resurrects Eric Carmen's "All By Myself" from its melodramatic grave), but slinky Dance Pop and some mellow ballads reveal that Dion can succeed without building up to a full force gale.
