On his second solo album, former D'Angelo backup singer Anthony Hamilton comes through with an excellent collection of mellowed out neo-soul jams. Utilizing retro-styled production without sounding forced or phony, his smooth vocals pour out over a dozen top-notch selections. Includes the singles "Charlene" and the title track.
