Taking a cue from infamous weed advocates like Cypress Hill and Peter Tosh, Total Devastation are a San Francisco trio all about the cheeba cheeba. Their 1993 self-titled debut album is straight classic, overflowing with super-catchy loop-based production, charismatic and witty rhymes, and a smoked-out but positive message. It also spawned the hit single "Many Sounds Of Smoke" which still gets love in Cali clubs and on the radio. After a few years on the DL, they returned in 1999 with Stoned Age.
