Gospel gets de-boned of preaching and sets out to give our kids a hand. "Someone Died For Me," for instance, is about getting African-American youth into the process of democracy since so many gave their lives for this (often sadly neglected) right. These civics lessons are a little tough going, but the music and singing are at the top of their class.
