This sister act is one of the most underrated Singer-Songwriter duos of the folk world. They were both very active in the folk community during the late 1960s and early 1970s, and by 1976 they signed a recording deal with Warner Brothers. Today their songs still paint vivid and romantic pictures, as wistful daydream narratives roll off their tongues in the form of melodic harmonies. Most of their wispy-liquid songs have a similarly soothing effect as the sounds of running river water.
