The very second Britney conceived, pop producers must have felt a surge of opportunity. Now Toby Gad presents 17-year-old Texan Kaci Brown and Instigator. "Unbelievable" sets the boy-obsessed tone, and if you listen carefully you can already hear "Cadillac Hotel" and "My Baby" being sung at pajama parties everywhere.
