Assume that full value will be declared for Customs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and not additional charges by me but by your country.
Payment Due via PayPal within 2 days of purchase date. If you need
extra time, please contact us, otherwise your purchase will be held
for six days and then returned to inventory.
ALL ORDERS SHIPPED TO OUTSIDE THE US: If the value of the package is
over $50, we reserve the right to use only USPS Priority Mail which
requires signature on delivery or Express Mail which requires
signature and includes full tracking and optional insurance. If the value of the package is $100 or more, we will probably ship only by Priority or
Express Mail and We reserve the right to include insurance for full value of the
package. Buyer is always responsible for his/her country's customs
fees. In any case, buyer by completing any order without insurance
agrees that he or she (the buyer) is solely responsible for any loss
or damage of item in transit.
PRESSINGS: We have noted many records as 'original US pressing' -- this
does NOT guarantee 'FIRST' Pressing!! Please let us know if you're
looking for specific label or matrix variations before assuming first
pressing.
US ORDERS: All domestic packages are shipped with Tracking Number. Uninsured packages shipped at buyer's risk. Note: Media Mail can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for delivery.
We use custom mailers for shipping LPs and 45s and used reinforced
padded envelopes for single 8-Tracks / CDs / Cassettes. Uninsured packages
are shipped at buyer's risk. Uninsured mail is sent at buyer's risk
for International shipping. We normally ship 2-3 times weekly.

Grading

Grading = Cover/Record. We use a modified Goldmine Grading
System.
VISUAL / SIGHT grading only unless a play-grade is noted.
Grades from
HIGHEST TO LOWEST:
1) SEALED = 'SS' / Still Sealed; unopened; guaranteed for
Cover Only*
2) M = Mint; like new; open but unplayed record, cd, or tape
(I almost
never use this grade)
3) M- = Mint Minus (or 'Near Mint' / NM); almost like new
(but NOT
flawless, not 'perfect'); only 1 or 2 very tiny smudges and
only a
very rare tic or pop; my highest grade for used records
4) VG++ (sometimes 'EX'): has some marks scratches but
few and
just lite; an occasional tick or pop; very occasional slight
background noise
5) VG+ = 'used but not abused' (Very Good Plus): more lite
marks & a
few lighter and/or smaller scratches; some noise but still
mostly just
background: the music still predominates
6) VG = Very Good; much-played used record; will have
scratches:
mostly lite but a couple could be deeper; noise increases
and in a few
spots might be equal to the music
7) G = Good; very used: probably still playable but; will
have more
scratches than VG and some deep scratches and will play with
noise
most or all of the time; probably won't skip or sticker but
not
guaranteed against skips or sticks -- sold 'As Is'
8) F or P = Fair or Poor; record will be unplayable with
excess noise,
deep scratches, skips, sticks, etc.; for filler only and/or
for cover
only; sold 'As Is'
*Still Sealed LPs must be returned Still Sealed to get a
refund.
Any record graded VG- or higher is guaranteed NO skips or
sticks
'+' and '-' are used for in-between grades. All items are
visually
graded. Grades for both cover and media are general grades
for
the entire piece not inclusive of any blemishes or bonuses
which
are noted. For example, a grade of EX for an album cover
with a
cutout notch (or sawmark) means that overall the cover is in
EX condition NOT including the sawmark.

8-TRACKS: May have one or more of the following without

Return Policy

Almost all used records we sell are fully guaranteed: If you feel that
our
grading of an item is incorrect, we will be glad to issue a full or
partial refund of both the cost of the item and one-way shipping
charge. To receive a refund, you must notify us by email
BEFORE returning the item and you must return the item within
7 days of receiving it.
Please note these EXCEPTIONS:
All 8-Track Tapes (sealed or open) and all Sealed LPs are sold 'AS
IS' with no returns no refunds.
All records graded below VG are sold
as is: no returns no refunds no exchanges no credit.
Since most of my sealed albums and tapes are nearly 30 years old, they
may have slight tears and/or splits in the shrink wrap, but remain
unplayed.
Every LP
or 45 graded F, G, G+ or VG- is sold 'AS IS' even if not explicitly
stated in the description.
If buyer has opted for shipping with no insurance, they have
agreed that they will be responsible for any loss or damage to
the item; this is especially important for buyers outside the US.
