SHADOWY MEN ON A SHADOWY PLANET Vinyl Records and CDs

| Probably best known for supplying the theme song to the Canadian TV show "The Kids in the Hall", Toronto's surf-punk trio Shadowy Men On A Shadowy Planet formed in 1984 and subsequently released a number of singles, EPs and three full-length albums. Many of the singles came packaged in humorous or unexpected ways, including one which came attached to a package of Jiffy Pop popcorn, and another which included a free board game. The group split up in 1995, and the three members went on to work with other bands. On February 17, 2001, bassist/vocalist Reid Diamond passed away after a battle with cancer. |
