| | Psychedelic / progressive / blues rock band from New York, USA. The band was managed by Nick and Arnie Ungano, and indeed shared rosters with many popular big-name bands at under the moniker "Creedmoor State." They were signed to Capitol Records and became "Plum Nelly" (named after the song "Plum Nellie"). The band recorded their sole album, Deceptive Lines, at Capitol East from November through December 1970 with producer . After touring the US, the band relocated to Los Angeles, California in 1974, replacing bassist with John Murphy and vocalist with Kenny Kerr. They remained there until their disbandment in 1976. |
