| Italian singer and songwriter (Rome, Sept. 5, 1945) wrote several beautiful songs for himself and for other artists, including Julio Iglesias who sold 8 million records in 1976 with his Se Mi Lasci Non Vale. A poet rather than a singer, become more popular with Bella and Senza Parole, but the song made him most famous has been Ammazzate Oh, an irreverent humorous ballad in roman dialect, chosen for his radio show by Maurizio Costanzo. In 90s Le Donne Sono Un'Altra Cosa by Rita Forte became the TV theme song of Il Tappeto Volante on TeleMonteCarlo.
