All UK items are sent Parcel Post and Airmail is standard for overseas. For extra protection Rix uses musicomax cruciform mailers (or equivalent) for vinyl and Jiffy Bags for CDs.
Rixrecords operates a 14 day no quibble guarantee all we ask is you contact us BEFORE returning an item and please state a reason if any. When the item is returned safe and sound your original price and postage will be refunded. (Return postage will not be refunded)
Although your item should be with within you much sooner please allow 28 days for delivery.
