MusicStack has partnered with a vinyl to CD conversion service who will convert the 10" to recordable CD for you. It will sound great with no annoying clicks, pops or background noise.
How does this service work?
The seller will ship the 10" to the digital conversion center in Arizona, USA where it will be format shifted onto a recordable CD directly from the 10" only for your ears. The 10" and the recordable CD will then be mailed to you. The digital conversion center will not retain any copies of the item.
What does it cost?
Price of the 10" + $35 USD for the conversion to recordable CD + cost of shipping of the 10" to Arizona + cost of shipping of the 10" from Arizona to your location paid in advance.
Notes Limited Edition of 175x copies. 10" vinyl mini-album on 180g black vinyl, in heavyweight sleeve with spot varnish, includes insert and download code.
Also in a Deluxe Edition of 75x copies, packaged in screen printed overbag and with numbered, hand painted 'Rorschach' print.
Moths of the Moon are duo Sam Owen and Max Simpson, vocalist/multi-instrumentalists from the band Pram [Domino Recording Company].
Their music occupies the darker, more haunted, fragile end of Pram's spectrum with music boxes, violin, flute, glockenspiel, toy accordion and ethereal vocals. It makes nods to Hammer Horror, public information films, 1970s children's television and Eastern European surrealist cinema. Their live performance marries unsetting monochrome projections with loop pedals, acoustic experimentation, sampled sounds and the vintage electronics of Omnichord, car boot Casios and air-synth.
The six track mini-LP 'Another Place' is their first record, and is released by Ondes Positive Recordings on 30th July 2021

Gradings are in the form of Sleeve/Disc, e.g. EX/MINT. In this case the sleeve is in excellent condition (first grade) and the disc is in mint condition (second grade). If there is only one condition, i.e. /EX, it means that the item is not in or was not issued with a picture sleeve and that the disc/record is excellent. PLEASE NOTE: Vinyl Tap operates as a physical store. For display and security reasons, new release items may have been removed from their sleeves. If you wish to receive a sealed copy of a new release item please check that we have one available before placing your order. If a sealed copy isn't available we may be able to order another copy in for you. Record Collector's Grading System
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
------------------------------------------------------------ EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
------------------------------------------------------------ VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
------------------------------------------------------------ GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
------------------------------------------------------------ FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
------------------------------------------------------------ POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
------------------------------------------------------------ BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
------------------------------------------------------------ CDs & CASSETTES: As a general rule, CDs and cassettes either play perfectly - in which case they are in Mint condition - or they don't, in which case their value is minimal. Cassette tape is liable to deteriorate with age, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying old tapes. CDs are difficult to grade visually: they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and
CD inlays and booklets should be graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. In general, the plastic containers for cassettes and CDs can easily be replaced if they are broken or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves
