M - Mint (as new/sealed)
NM - Near Mint (zero signs of use/unsealed)
VG+ - Very Good+ (Light signs of use, handled very well, perfect playback)
VG - Very Good (Light to Moderate signs of use, 1 or 2 scuffs/hairlines, near perfect playback)
G+ - Good+ (Moderate signs of use, with hairlines/light scratches, possible background noise ticks/pops but NO skips)

SLEEVE
M - Mint (as new/sealed)
NM - Near Mint (Near perfect/unsealed)
VG+ - Very Good+ (Light signs of aging, think light storage wear. Preserved very well)
VG - Very Good (Light to Moderate wear, 1 or 2 imperfections, think small pen, sticker/sticker rip or light lamination creases)
G+ - Good+ (Moderate wear combination of 3+ issues above, or side splitting yet artwork vivid)
