Conditions and Grading

Items are graded according to Record and Book Collector gradings.
Record Grading:
Mint: Brand new with no marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover and any extras are in perfect condition.
EX+: Between Mint and Ex.
EX: The record shows signs of being played but there is no significant loss in sound quality.
Very Good+: Between Very Good and EX.
Very Good: The Record has clearly been played a number of times and may have surface marks or slight scratches but there is no major deterioration in sound quality. Normal wear & tear with cover and any extras, including creases but no tears or suchlike.
Good+: Between Good and Very Good.
Good: The record has clearly been played a lot and the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have a scratch or distortion in sound.
Fair: The record is still playable but has a lot of surface noise and may jump in one or two places.
Poor: The Record will have a number of scratches, bad surface noise and may be considered almost unplayable. The cover and other bits may be damaged or missing.

Shipping Costs Actual shipping prices determined by weight. We do post and packing at cost. We are happy to weigh total order and give a quote before payment PAYPAL ORDERS: Due to the increasing amount of people paying with Paypal and then claiming the item has not arrived, we now insist on Signed/Tracked for valuable items(it is the only proof Paypal will accept) if a customer is new to us or has little feedback on Musicstack. This is currently £1.60 (up to £50.00 in value)for the UK and £4.30 (europe)and £4.55 (ROW) for the rest of the world plus the cost of postage. We send all records in professional mailer with stiffeners using 1st Class Royal Mail post where possible. If a record is expensive and/or the buyer has no/little positive feedback on Musicstack, then we may ask for Tracked/Signed For postage. If you are ordering multiple items (over 2kg) we will use parcel2go.com to send an item. Our shipping costs cover Musicstack charges and the cost of postage. USA/Oceania: 7" single = £8.30. You can usually ship 2 sometimes 3 at this price. USA/Oceania: 12" record = £22.00. 2x12" approx. £25.00 USA/Oceania: CD album = £8.30. You can usually ship 2 sometimes 3 at this price. Australasia cost £2.00 less than USA for 12" and £1.15 more for 7"/CD. Return Policy

If not satisfied with the grading of an item, you may send it back and will be refunded total cost upon return of item(including return shipping)if we agree.
It is recommended you take out insurance but we keep all postage receipts and are happy to put in a claim for any item which goes missing in then post. it usually takes 6-8 weeks for them to process.

All first time buyers paying with paypal or with little or no feedback, must pay at least signed for. Insurance is available upon request.
