Conditions and Grading

Notes:
- Generic jewel cases won't be graded and will be shipped as is; rest assured : will never ship broken generic jewel cases ( will replace if broken ), but if for some reason you need shiny new cases or the original old case, please contact me before placing your order.
- Keep in mind i try to be strict with my gradings; as an ex-collector i'm aware that VG+ graded items from other sellers point of view can imply abused cds/inserts ... this won't be the case here. If you need further details about any item's shape just message me for details .
- I usually note any kind of damage/marks ( promo marks of any kind, writing, tab marks, rips, etc ... ) ; as i'm only human, mistakes can happen... anyways, will double-check your order once again BEFORE shipping it out, so buy with confidence.

CD- Perfect. No scuffs/scratches, unplayed - possibly still sealed.
Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve/Digipak: Perfect. No wear, marks, or any other imperfections - possibly still sealed.
Near Mint

CD: Near perfect. No obvious signs of use, it may have been played - but it has been handled very carefully.
Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve/Digipak: Near Perfect. No obvious wear, it may have only the slightest of marks from handling.
Very Good Plus (VG+)

CD - A few minor scuffs/scratches. This has been played, but handled with good care - and certainly not abused. Guaranteed to play from start to finish.
Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve/Digipak: Slight wear, marks, indentations, it may possibly have a cut-out hole (or similar). Note: promo marks of any kind will be noted .
Very Good (VG)

CD - Quite a few light scuffs/scratches, or several more-pronounced scratches. This has obviously been played, but not handled as carefully as a VG+. Cds will be tested prior to shipping, so it will be guaranteed to play.
Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve/Digipak: More wear, marks, indentations than a VG+. May have slight fading, a small tear/rip, or some writing. Will note any tip/crease/tab mark or any kind of promo mark.
Good , Good Plus (G ) , (G+)

CD: There are a lot of scuffs/scratches. However it will still play through without problems. This has not been handled with much care at all.
Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve/Digipak: Well worn, marked, more obvious indentations, fading, writing, than a VG - possibly a more significant tear/rip.

Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve/Digipak: Very worn. It may have obvious writing on it, it may be ripped/torn, or significantly faded, or water damaged.

However, some cds are particularly heavy (thick multipaged booklets, older cds, etc...) and once packed into a bubble mailer they'll weigh above the 100gr limit thus being charged the 2-5CDs shipping fee. Return Policy

I ship to paypal addresses ONLY, so make sure your personal information is current & up to date BEFORE placing your order as i won't ship to a different shipping address.
No returns accepted unless the item/s is damaged in transit ( proof will be requested and damage to generic jewel cases WILL NOT BE covered , items with flaws already specified on the marketplace doesn't qualify either ) ) or the mistake is on my side ( sent wrong cd's or not what was listed ) ; on such cases will refund/ work with you to right my wrongs.
Any issue like the ones aforementioned must be notified within the next 4 days upon receiving your order.
Returned orders marked as UNCLAIMED by your postal service will be re-shipped at buyer's expense; if your postal service didn't deliver your goods , sent 'em back to me and you'd rather not have it shipped, keep in mind i will only refund the cd's value ( shipping costs + fees will be deducted from the original payment ) .

Seller Information

- 1CD orders are the most difficult ones to get an accurate shipping estimation as the "1CD" shipping weight limit is just 100gr and some cds break this limit while others doesn't. Please, send me a message in advance if you need to confirm your shipping fee. I apologize for the inconveniences.
