International banks make sure that any charges for transfers are paid at your bank if any. Payments with charges deducted will be sent back
Lost or Damaged parcels...A full refund will be given to all parcels that are lost or damaged after a Royal Mail claim form has been submitted. This will usually take up to a month. Returns full refund will be given upon arrival.
