Notes
The songs on this album were written for "Republik der Wölfe", a multimedia theatrical spectacle commissioned by Kay Voges and premiering at the Theater Dortmund, Germany, on February 15th, 2014. Subtitled "A Fairytale Massacre with Live Music", "Republik der Wölfe" presents an intertwining collage riffing on the pre-moral tales collected by The Brothers Grimm. These well-known stories, filtered through the lyric re-imagination of Pulitzer prize-winning poet Anne Sexton's book "Transformations", serve as both inspiration and source material for the Ministry of Wolves, musical emissaries of The Republik.

Recorded at Andere Baustelle, Berlin.
Additional recording at Minijive, Harlem, USA.
Mixed at Pandurostudio Hamburg.
Lyrics by Anne Sexton are adapted with respect and gratitude and by the kind permission of Linda Gray Sexton.
Publishing controlled by Rattay Music, Mute Song Ltd and the estate of Anne Sexton.
"Republik der Wölfe" is a production of Theatre Dortmund.
