Conditions and Grading

This is my personal grading system which up to now has worked fine:
1/NEW: all items which are factory sealed
2/MINT: if an item can be sold as New, but isn't factory sealed (which means that the vinyl + the sleeve are in impeccable condition, just like you would have bought it new in a record shop).
3/NEAR MINT: still the vinyl shows no signs of wear or scuffs. There may one (clean) sticker (shop) on the sleeve, but that's all, no ringwear, no cut outs ...
4/VERY GOOD PLUS: may have one or two hairlines, but certainly not interfering with the music. The sleeve may show some signs of ringwear but not dominant. Occasionally a name may occur on the sleeve or on the label, but only if it's within acceptable limits.
5/Very seldom I put records on sale that are below these gradings. And if I do, I will certainly put this in the comment to the songs.

Return Policy

If the order is lost in the mail: if in doubt or if you're living in a high risk region (Italy/Russia..), ask for registered or secure shipping. Normally the risk belongs to the buyer.
If the order is damaged in transit:items damaged in transit may be returned to the seller, if traceable. Money back guarantee but the shipping costs stay for the buyer.
If you ordered the wrong item: The buyer can return the order at his own expense. The original price of the item will be paid back.
If we made an error with your order: may be handled when this occurs.
