Notes
"Dialogues for Jazz Combo and Orchestra" on Side A with 4 movements was composed by Howard Brubeck. It was performed by The New York Philharmonic Orchestra with The Dave Brubeck Quartet and conducted by Leonard Bernstein. Side B contains 5 compositions by Bernstein played by The Dave Brubeck Quartet.

The front of the jacket notes "(Formerly Entitled BERNSTEIN PLAYS BRUBECK PLAYS BERNSTEIN)". The front cover photo also differs from the original release.

The only date I could find on this is on the lower right corner of the front jacket cover, which states "(C) COLUMBIA RECORDS 1962".
