Notes
On back cover:
"The harpsichord used on this recording built by Michael Robertson in 1974 is closely modelled on a mid eighteenth century French instrument by Pascal Taskin. It has three rows of jacks and three sets of strings, an 8' on the upper manual, and another 8' plus a 4' stop on the lower manual. The two manuals are coupled together by a device known as a "shove coupler" which involves moving the upper manual towards the right." © Gilbert Rowland, 1979

Ambisonic UHJ Stereo compatible. Full dynamic range recording.
This stereo record has been encoded from surround sound master tapes and conforms to the BBC/NRDC UHJ specifications.
