Notes
[Adapted from Bernard Shaw's "Pygmalion" - The Broadway production of My Fair Lady] printed on front cover.
After serious research is almost clear the actual copy is [The original London cast recording] as stated on labels. So the front cover gives misinformation for part of credits which are [Musical Director / Lighting / Actors: Philippa Bevans / Michael King / Gordon Dilworth and Rod McLennan]
Proof for this and evidence is e.g. time duration of track A1 [Overture: Why Can't The English?] is 5:30 (that is significant more than listed 3:09 on Broadway production) and voice acting of Mrs. Julie Andrews from track A5 [Just You Wait] at beginning is recognizable as from the original London cast recordings. Further hint is the first phonographic copyright [℗ 1959] on labels and the stereophonic format. Also third cat## (OS 2015) leads to Columbia Masterworks production of the London recording.
Vocal actors here are only credited when appear on labels; for further credits please use other London recording releases which can proof for them - suggested this one "My Fair Lady" Original London Cast - My Fair Lady - Original London Cast Recording.

[Made in England] on labels.

The cat## [SBRG 70005] on both sides of label - the [BRG] is a smaller font size and lowered - on cover there is only [70005].

The cat## [OS 2015] is only on labels right side below other cat## and appears in brackets.

The Shorepak sleeve was made by Shorewood.

Various slight differences in cover layout and label to other UK-releases with one of the same cat##
