Notes
Printed in Germany
Manufactured by Deutsche Grammophon

Reissue is identical or very close to first release in design, content, and catalog numbers:
Front Jacket: Deutsche Grammophon Gesellschaft / Stereo - 139 006 SLMP
Spine: Stereo . . . SLPM 139 006

Labels: Deutsche Grammophon - 139 006
- small tulip cartouche
- white black-edged circle border
- does not include ". . . Gesellschaft / Stereo" as on first release
- Side numbers, not letters, with Stereo 33 underneath
- Made in Germany (in English), but silver border text is all German
- places smaller "D.P." inside central banner/rectangle
- omits "ST" "33" inside intersecting circles observed for first release

Back jacket identical to first release except omits release date in lower left corner

Country of Origin/Distribution uncertain, but matches catalog numbers and design for multiple German releases (including a reissue), as well as a Canadian first release.

Because this was purchased in North America, probably marketed in Canada (possibly the US as well), but on direct evidence of release, cited as Germany.

Deadwax codes suggest this reissue used masters created March 1971 and March 1972, packaged in an inner sleeve from May 1973.

Interpreting deadwax (as for DGG GMBH - interpretation may differ for this Hamburg pressing)
1 Ⓟ1965 C72 ◇G V O . . . 00 138 977=6A 139 006 A 644 002 A

C72 - if mastered by DGG, Hanover, March 1972
◇G - unknown meaning
V O - rotated letters are stamper number
00 = indicates repertoire owner commissioning the mastering, in this case, DGG/Polydor
138 977 - original catalog number
=6A
139 006 - reissue catalog number
A - side
644 002 A
