Conditions and Grading

"Goldmine Standard" MEDIA/COVER grading:
SS Still Sealed
Never opened. Flawless, with no damage whatsoever.
M- Mint Minus
Has been opened, but is still flawless
with no damage whatsoever.
VG++ Very Good Plus
Vinyl: The record has been played regularly, but relatively carefully. There may be visual marks on the disc that are beginning to sound. eg faint crackles on one or two tracks.
Cover: May only have the slightest signs of normal wear.
VG+ Very Good Plus
Vinyl: May have scuff marks and signs of some wear but
will still play almost perfectly throughout, with only
"barely detectable" crackles or pops. A slight noise at the
begining is allowable, but the remainder must be nearly flawless.
Cover: Can include minor bending, slight visible ring wear, minor splits, name written on sleeve. Normal wear and tear, but no damage to the visual beauty of the sleeve.

VG Very Good
The majority of records (worth selling) fall under this grade.
Vinyl: May crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only
occasionally,never continuously, and not more loudly than the
music being listened to.
Cover: Normal used cover wear such as ring wear and split seams.
If there is abnormal damage such as tears or markings,
but the seller still feels that it qualifies as a "VG",
the damage must be described in comments attached to the item.
G+ Good Plus
Vinyl: May have continuous crackles, pops, etc... but not so loud as to
make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the
casual listener.

NB: all conditions related to the back cover will be indicated as "obc". EG a sticker on the back cover will be "sobc", writing on back cover will be "wobc", and so on.

For sealed items let us know if you would like the LP’s shipped out of its jacket to prevent seam splits, we are not responsible for seam splits in transit if the LP is still sealed. Items ship from Montreal local pickup is not possible, please respect these terms. Higher priced items may require registered shipping at a higher cost. We are not responsible for loss / damage to items once they have left for the post office. All parcels all packaged carefully in new mailers with an A+ level of professionalism. If you require insurance and/or tracking, please ask for this service and we will let you know how much it costs. Return Policy

If the order is lost in the mail: ONLY if the item is shipped with tracking and insured a claim will be filed with carier
If the order is damaged in transit: ONLY if the item is shipped with tracking and insured a claim will be filed with carrier
If you ordered the wrong or wish to return item: buyer will pay shipping for return
If we made an error with your order: seller will pay shipping

Returns & refunds
If you provided non matching Discogs & PayPal shipping addresses you will be refunded the amount of the order minus the PayPal fees incurred. If for whatever reason you decide to cancel an order once paid, you will be refunded the amount of the order minus the PayPal fees incurred. If we need to cancel and refund an order from our end, you will be refunded the full amount of your order.

Seller Information

We only accept Paypal as form of payment. Our MusicStack catalog is up to date but once in a while listings get a little fuzzy, so we recommend our customers to check with us FIRST to make sure we still have the item you want before placing an order. We only ship to matching shipping addresses. Your Musicstack and Paypal shipping addresses MUST match.
In order to be able to print the PayPal international shipping label we will need your phone number. It is a requirement by PayPal not by us.
We strive to please our customers, any issues will be addressed promptly. Lp's are shipped in sturdy mailers out of their jackets (for used items) to avoid any seam splits in transit.
