Conditions and Grading

The following grading system has been used successfully by me for over 20 years. Other than new CDs, all others are played/checked on 2 different systems prior to sale and graded accordingly. As well as the CD my grading takes into account an items artwork/written works (e.g. Booklet/SlimLine Case Insert/Jewel Case Insert Card (JCIC)/other such literature & Tray Liner). Jewel Cases/SlimLine Cases/Super Jewel Boxes and Trays are not graded as these are easy to replace elsewhere. However, the exception to this rule is if they are a special Case/Box, unique to a release (e.g. Long Isand Rock Classics). Then, they too will be be graded using my grading system below. Digipaks and cardboard sleeves are graded using the system below. If an item has an accompanying DVD this is graded in much the same way as a CD disc.

Return Policy

- I don't accept returns for items unless you pay the postage cost to send them back. In the event this is an option I would also suggest you get a proof of postage receipt from your post office and send me a picture of it. Once the item/s have arrived back with me and I can verify they are in the condition I originally sent them to you I will gladly reimburse you the price you paid for the item/s and the postage cost you initially paid.
- If your order is damaged in transit I will refund your money 100%. To enable me to do this I will require proof of any damage (photos). You may also be asked to send the item back to me. You will be compensated for this after I am in receipt of the returned item or you could take a photo of your proof of postage (showing how much you paid to return) and forward that to me.
- If your order is lost whilst in the care of the postal service I will refund your money 100%. However, I do reserve the right to insist upon a reasonable amount of time to pass before taking this action. Post can sometimes be delayed. My end, I'll need to provide information to the postal service to make a claim for losses and they'll want to know that an acceptable amount of time has elapsed.

Seller Information

- When performing an 'alphabetical search' for items by a solo singer use the first letter of their first name as opposed to looking for them using the first letter of their surname. E.g. use 'K' for searching for items by Ken Tamplin.
