New = New and Sealed
M = Mint - No issues
NM = Near Mint - Very Minor surface marks possible
VG = Very Good - Minimal visible marks - Cds Play Fine - records some noise
G = Good - Many scratches - cds will play - records will be noisy
F = Fair - Looks terrible - cds should still play
P = Poor - May still play - listed mainly if someone needs cover arts, etc.

Return Policy

Please email for return request within 3 days of receiving the item and state reason for return.
Shipping fees are not refundable (unless item defective).
20% restocking fee on all non-defective returns.
This means that if you order an $8 item and pay $2 for shipping
and then decide you do not want the item (no defects) that your
refund will be $6.40 ($8 - 20% restocking fee & no refund for shipping)

We must ship to the shipping address noted in PayPal.
Any Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, etc. that are due prior to delivery, or after delivery, are the responsibility of the receiver - these charges are not included in the purchase price.

INSURANCE

Insurance is included with some shipping options. Insurance can also be requested for an additional fee. We have no recourse for an uninsured package if it is lost or damaged. Customer assumes all responsibilities for an uninsured package once it leaves our hands.
If an insured package does not arrive after 14 days of shipped notification contact us directly to process a claim.
